My name is Elijah Kerry and I am a Senior Product Manager for LabVIEW at National Instruments and a Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA).
My role is to help customers understand large application development practices and how to develop high-quality, reliable and/or safe applications using LabVIEW. In many cases, this is specific to highly regulated industries that require applications abide by specific quality standards. I end up frequently talk with medical and mil/aero accounts who face quality standards that are set by the FDA, DOE or FAA.
Much of my time is spent discussing topics like configuration management, source code control, requirements management, validation and certification, advanced debugging and group development practices. I decided to start this blog to try and share best practices and lessons learned from my time with some of our most advanced users.
